Refunds

No refunds after the purchase. Alternatively, you can:

• Reschedule the lessons

• Gift the lessons to a friend

Rescheduling

At least a two hour notice before the scheduled lesson. Otherwise, the lesson is considered "already paid for." If an emergency occurs within the two hours of the scheduled lesson, we can reschedule. 

Punctuality

You will only be able to enter Grey Studios 5mins prior to your scheduled lesson. And will be kindly asked to leave 5mins after, so that the next scheduled lesson will be on time. 

Lateness

We can schedule an additional lesson based on the accumulated time loss for the booked lesson(s).

Be mindful when entering the space:
